Delivery & Returns
​In the unlikely event that you change your mind, you can return your item/s to us for a refund. Helios offer its UK customers a goodwill guarantee which is more generous than your legal rights by extending your cancellation period for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

The return must be authorised by Helios prior to posting any item(s) back and the customer must cover the postage costs. Please email us at info@helios-air.com with your order number so we can arrange a return form for you.

The item must be returned in unused condition, with all items still in their original packaging. Inflating the air lounger, air bar or any other product is considered to be in used condition. Please see our terms and conditions for online sales for further information.

If you tell us you've changed your mind about a product that hasn't been delivered, we will cancel the order and refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days. If you're sending your product back to us, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving it (or receiving evidence you've sent it to us). We will refund you by the method you used for payment. Any free gifts received as part of your order must also be returned before a full refund can be processed.
